Table 5-4.Flush Tank Process
When the flush handle is pushed downward, the
rubber stopper ball is raised from the valve seat to
allow the water from the tank to go into the discharge
As the water lowers in the tank, the float ball lowers
and the movement of the float arm opens the inlet valve,
allowing water to start flowing into the tank slowly.
As the water flows from the tank to the discharge
pipe, the stopper ball seats and incoming water holds the
ball in place and the tank fills.
