CARE OF INSERTED FACE HAMMERS
1.
Broken or chipped faces may be removed by turn-
ing in a counterclockwise direction.
NOTE
Use a pair of pliers or a rag on broken
faces to prevent scraping your hands.
2.
Wipe out face seat on holder with a clean rag. Install
new face by turning in a clockwise direction.
3.
If holder is broken or cracked, remove both faces by
turning in a counterclockwise direction.
4.
Obtain a new holder and install faces by turning in a
clockwise direction.
