(fig. 5-15). If you learn to install this type, you should have little trouble installing floor-mounted urinals.

In setting the wall-mounted urinal, see that the rough-in of the waste pipe is at the correct height so after installation the urinal is within reach of the user. The lip of the urinal should be from 20 to 25 inches from the floor. If the rough-in already installed in the building places the height of the urinal above or below these general measurements, the rough-in should be removed and the waste pipe brought in at the proper height.
