It is usedfor making straight cuts on glass.CIRCLE GLASS CUTTERUSING A WHEEL-TYPE GLASS CUTTERThe circle glass cutter has an adjustable arm (1), acutting head (2), and a suction cup clamp assembly (3).The cutting head scores a mark on the sheet of glass.The suction cup assembly provides an anchor. Thecircle glass cutter is used to cut circles in glass. Theadjustable arm can be moved in the suction cup assem-bly to allow circles from 2 to 24 inches in diameter.WARNINGUSE CARE WHEN HANDLING GLASS.WEAR GLOVES TO PROTECT YOURHANDS.1Place padding (newspapers, a piece of carpet, orblanket) on a flat, level surface.2Make sure the glass is clean. Apply alcohol (1)along the line to be cut. This prevents the cuttingwheel from becoming gummed up while in use.3Place a straight edge (2) along line to be cut. Awooden yardstick should be used when available,since wood will not slip easily on glass. The cutterwill cut 1/16 inch from your mark, so adjust yourguide before cutting.33-2
